On January 23, 2019, Xu Yingzhen, the Secretary-General of the China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum (Macau) Permanent Secretariat, along with representatives from seven Portuguese-speaking countries, visited the industrial park for inspection and exchange. They held discussions with the chairman of the industrial park, Lv Hong, to further explore cooperation directions in areas such as talent training and international exchange.

On January 21, 2019, the Secretary for Economy and Finance of Macau, Leong Vai Tac, along with more than 20 members of the Legislative Assembly, including Vice Chairman Tsui Shik-chong, visited the industrial park for an on-site inspection. This visit aimed to understand the construction and operation of the industrial park, the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry, and to personally experience the achievements of cooperation between Guangdong and Macau.

On January 14, 2019, to further deepen the understanding of promoting cooperation between Guangdong and Macau and facilitating the moderate diversification of Macau's economy, Wan Sucheng, the head of the Cultural and Publicity Department of the Central Government's Liaison Office in Macau, along with more than 20 officials from the central media stationed in Macau, visited the industrial park to inspect and understand the development planning of the Hengqin New Area, as well as the construction and operation of the industrial park.

On January 10, 2019, Zhao Tongbin, Honorary President of the Cross-Strait Medical and Health Exchange Association, visited the industrial park for an inspection and research, to understand the detailed situation regarding the construction and operation of the park, as well as the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.

On December 7, 2018, a delegation of 12 people led by Zhang Dongmei, Secretary of the Secretariat of the All-China Women's Federation, visited the industrial park accompanied by leaders such as Feng Ling, Chairwoman of the Guangdong Provincial Women's Federation, and Xuan Yang, Chairwoman of the Zhuhai Women's Federation, to investigate the park's planning and operation, as well as the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.

On December 5, 2018, Singapore's Minister of Education and Co-Chairman of the Singapore-Guangdong Cooperation Council, Ong Ye Kung, led a delegation of 23 people to visit the industrial park in Zhuhai. They were accompanied by Chen Renfu, Vice Chairman of the Zhuhai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Cang Feng, Deputy Director of the Guangdong Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Zhang Meisheng, Director of the Zhuhai Foreign Affairs Bureau, and Li Juan, Deputy Director of the Macao Affairs Bureau of Hengqin New Area, to learn about the construction and operation of the industrial park.

On December 4, 2018, João Leopoldo da Costa, the Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Mozambique, led a delegation from the Ministry of Health to visit the industrial park. They aimed to understand the operational development of the industrial park and held discussions with the chairman of the industrial park, Lü Hong, to explore cooperation on key projects in 2019.

On October 31, 2018, in order to understand the overall situation and effectiveness of the institutional innovation achievements of the Guangdong Free Trade Zone, and to explore a new batch of reform pilot experiences that can be replicated and promoted, Zhang Wei, Deputy Director of the Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce, visited the industrial park for investigation and research, focusing on the park's construction planning, cooperation between Guangdong and Macao, and international exchange and cooperation.

On October 28, 2018, Yu Yanhong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, visited the industrial park for research and inspection. On October 25, 2018, Li Bin, Deputy Director of the Policy Research Office of the Guangdong Provincial Committee, visited the industrial park for an investigation and research, accompanied by Zou Hua, Deputy Director of the Hengqin New Area Management Committee, to understand the detailed situation regarding the planning, construction, and operational development of the industrial park.

On October 22, 2018, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, President of the State, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, inspected the Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park of Cooperation between Guangdong and Macao. Xi Jinping pointed out that traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of Chinese civilization. We must deeply explore the essence of the treasure trove of traditional Chinese medicine, promote the integration of production, education, and research, advance the industrialization and modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, and let traditional Chinese medicine go global. He emphasized that the original intention of building the Hengqin New Area is to create conditions for the diversified development of Macao's industries. Hengqin has inherent advantages for Guangdong-Macao cooperation, and we need to strengthen policy support, enrich the connotation of cooperation, expand the space for cooperation, develop emerging industries, and promote a more vibrant economic development in Macao.

On October 12, 2018, Liu Qide, a member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Central Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, and the full-time vice chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, led a group of 10 people to conduct a special research on "Strengthening Guangdong-Macau Cooperation in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Promoting the Construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative" at the industrial park. On October 8, 2018, Ms. He Aimei, the Deputy Consul General of New Zealand in Guangzhou, and a group of five visited the industrial park. On September 30, 2018, Professor Hong Chuangxiong, a doctoral supervisor at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and leader of the research group of the National Hong Kong and Macau Research Association, along with renowned economist and professor Ding Li from the Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences and other members of the research group, visited the industrial park for research and held discussions on the development of the industrial park and cooperation in the Chinese medicine industry between Guangdong and Macau.

On September 21, 2018, Zhang Xiaoqiang, Executive Vice Chairman and Director of the Executive Bureau of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges, along with his team, visited the industrial park accompanied by Zhou Xichuan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Zhuhai Municipal Government.
