In order to facilitate talents from Macao to seize opportunities for development of regional cooperation and promote talent-to-talent exchanges between Guangdong and Macao, the Guangdong-Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as the Industrial Park) has held on April 15, the Macao Job Fair at Sheraton at Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central. This Job Fair has attracted over （to be confirmed）applicants by offering a wide range of job opportunities. The Industrial Park hopes that this event will to attract more talents from Macao to work in Hengqin by creating conditions to encourage talents from Macao to take part in the construction and development of adequate diversification of Macao's economy and jointly promote sustainable development in the Industrial Park.
During the Job Fair, the Guangdong-Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., along with its two subsidiary companies, namely the Hengqin Guangdong-Macau Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Park Property Management Co., Ltd., and the Fairyland (Hengqin) Wellness Resort Management Co., Ltd., offered jointly a wide range of posts, among others, in the fields of physiotherapy, health management, investment and financing, finance, procurement and business investment.
The Macao Job Fair of the Industrial Park has attracted over 100 applicants.
At the same time, an introduction session of the Job Fair was hosted by a representative from the Industrial Park to provide a detailed overview of the Industrial Park’s background, development plans and the concept of talent, while interpreting the Industrial Park’s talent incentive policy plan contents, career development of talents as well as the preferential policies for talents in the Hengqin New Area. Macao employees working in the Industrial Park were also invited to share their work-related experiences gains.
As the first project implemented under the “Framework Agreement of Cooperation between Guangdong and Macao”, the Industrial Park also serves as an important catalyst and platform for Macao to develop the traditional Chinese medicine industry. The Industrial Park has always been committed to creating a favorable environment and advantages for the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Macao. It also provides a good career enhancement platform and a comprehensive and sustainable development space for talents from Macao along with concerted efforts towards building the bridge for exchanges and learning between the talents from Macao and those from the Mainland and around the world by opening up opportunities for overseas learning exchanges that would, in turn, enable the improvement of the comprehensive professional abilities platform.
