On 16 May 2016, both parties signed a cooperation agreement, in which both parties would utilize each other's quality resources to forge GMTCM Park as an international-level quality control base for medicine research and development, and an international exchange platform for the health industry. The two platforms will together promote the modernization and internationalization of the medicine industry in GMTCM Park.

Both parties agree to promote each other's business, professional training and higher education activities in the international registration, trading and business supervision of botanical products.

In May 2018, both parties signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement that could give full play to the advantages of both sides, jointly carry forward the strategic cooperation on TCM culture, technology and products promotion in the countries and regions along the Belt and Road.

In May 2018, both parties signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and established an international partnership to jointly promote the international development of TCM and the health industry.

In September 2019, the two sides signed a cooperation agreement in which they agreed to establish a strategic and firm partnership mechanism involving mutual visits, information sharing, project engagements, investment invitations and joint forums among others, and build a cooperation bridge between member units of the Zhongguancun Equity Investment Association and park enterprises.
