Since the establishment of the Centre of International Cooperation and Exchange in 2015, GMTCM Park has put its effort into building a platform for international communication and cooperation starting with Portuguese-speaking countries. It has established cooperation with government agencies, chambers of commerce, associations, and universities in Portugal, Mozambique, Cape Verde, and ASEAN countries such as Thailand, building up a cooperation network connecting the EU, Africa and ASEAN.
