The Transformation Base for TCM Scientific and Technological Achievements in the Greater Bay Area is dedicated to precise matching of scientific and technological achievements both online and offline, screening and incubation of key achievements, trading and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, policy research and training on achievements transformation. The TCM scientific and technological achievements promotion conferences will be held offline regularly. According to the progress of the conferences, the key scientific and technological achievements will be discussed, followed up and promoted.
The first Scientific and Technological Achievements Sharing Forum was held in September 2019. More than 400 people participated in the event, including representatives of well-known enterprises and third-party organizations, and experts from 11 universities mainly in the Greater Bay Area, namely the Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sun Yat-sen University, Jinan University, Shenzhen University, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, Guangdong University of Technology, University of Macau, and Macau University of Science and Technology. TCM scientific and technological achievements of the universities in the Greater Bay Area were gathered together, with project information released and representative achievements presented. The sharing forum has built a platform for the communication and connection between universities, enterprises, and investment and financing institutions, to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the cooperation between the TCM industry, universities and research institutes. It has also set up a multilateral collaborative platform between the supply, demand, and service sides for information release and display of the achievements made by universities in TCM research and development.
